Grady Goodall, JD
Grady is dedicated to using his legal training and experience to serve the nonprofit sector. His law practice was focused on nonprofit organizations and charitable giving. He currently serves as Director of Development for the College of Liberal Arts at Oregon State University.
Paul Smith, MS, ED
Paul is the current Executive Director at Strengthening Rural Families, a nonprofit that supports parenting, education and health initiatives in rural Benton County. He is a member of the Linn-Benton Lincoln Early Learning Governing Board, Benton County Positive Youth Development Coalition, Health Equity Alliance, Parenting Success Network, Corvallis Lacrosse Club, Association for Experiential Education, and Benton County Thriving Communities Steering Committee. Paul also works as a consultant to individuals, organizations, and businesses in the areas of organizational improvement, development, risk management and succession planning.
Erika Allen Wolters, Ph.D.
Erika is the Director of OSU’s Policy Analysis Laboratory (OPAL), and a faculty member in Political Science at Oregon State University. She is active with both the International Association for Society and Natural Resources and the Pacific Northwest Political Science Association.
Kristy is the administrative coordinator at the Philomath Youth Activities Club. She is the Past President of both the Altrusa Club of Corvallis and the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of Benton County.
Caitlin Sullivan, MD
Caitlin works as the Executive Director for Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center. She has worked for 15 years in international business development for corporations in Asia, Europe and the US. For the last five years she was co-chair of the board for Crossroads International in Corvallis. She and her family enjoy volunteering as a host family for Oregon State University students from other countries.
Christian is a Bilingual Program Manager for Rural Development Initiatives, a non for profit that strengthens rural people, places, and economies in the Pacific Northwest. He is a member of Juliette’s House and OSU Extension Service advisory boards which focus on implementing equitable practices in order to provide access and opportunity to the Latinx community.
Zach Elliott Kronser, MBA
Zach has more than 15 years experience working both in the nonprofit industry and in higher education in Oregon, with experience in nonprofit operations and in organizational development. He is a graduate of the University of Portland’s MBA in Nonprofit Management program and currently works at Oregon State University Ecampus in Corvallis.
