Paul Smith, MS, ED
Paul is the current Executive Director at Strengthening Rural Families a nonprofit that supports parenting, education and health initiatives in rural Benton County. He is a member of the Linn-Benton Lincoln Early Learning Governing Board, Benton County Positive Youth Development Coalition, Health Equity Alliance, Parenting Success Network, Corvallis Lacrosse Club, Association for Experiential Education, and Benton County Thriving Communities Steering Committee. Paul also works as a consultant to individuals, organizations, and businesses in the areas of organizational improvement, development, risk management and succession planning.
Grady Goodall, JD
Grady is dedicated to using his legal training & experience to serve the nonprofit sector. His law practice was focused on nonprofit organizations and charitable giving. He currently serves as Director of Development for the College of Liberal Arts at Oregon State University.
Susan Poole, BS
Susan is a retired pharmacist from Oregon State University where she served most recently in the role of Student Health Service Relations in Student Health Services. She is an active volunteer whose efforts have benefited many nonprofit organizations. Susan has served in various leadership roles and has been recognized for her contributions to enhance nonprofits. She was recently named “Corvallis Senior First Citizen” for her significant community volunteer activities and accomplishments.
Kristy is the administrative coordinator at the Philomath Youth Activities Club. She is the Past President of both the Altrusa Club of Corvallis and the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of Benton County.
Robert Poole, M.D.
Bob is a retired urologist who practiced at the Corvallis Clinic for 29 years. During that time he served as president of both the Corvallis Clinic Board and Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Staff. Bob’s nonprofit experience encompasses a broad range of professional and community organizations. He is a member of the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club, a Golden Legion member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, and participates in the Corvallis Rowing Club.
Lisa is the Executive Director of Oregon State University Extended Campus and Interim Associate Provost Division of Extended Campus. She is a member of the University Professional and Continuing Education Association and active nationally in the field of online and continuing education.
Amarah Khan, Ph.D.
Amarah is the Associate Director for Global Diversity Initiatives at Oregon State University. She is a member of the OSU Faculty Senate’s Diversity Committee, Society for Diversity, and association of American Colleges & Universities; and a Public Relations official for the President’s Commission on the Status of Women.
Erika Allen Wolters, Ph.D.
Erika is the Director of OSU’s Policy Analysis Laboratory (OPAL), and a faculty member in Political Science at Oregon State University. She is active with both the International Association for Society and Natural Resources and the Pacific Northwest Political Science Association.
