MVDP

About Mid-Valley Development Professionals
Mid-Valley Development Professionals has proudly served the community and local nonprofits for twenty-three years and has cherished our time together. While it has been an honor to plan and deliver programming on your behalf, the Mid-Valley Development Professionals group will be going on hiatus for the foreseeable future. As an all-volunteer organization, we have been considering ways to bring even more resources to the region. The good news: we feel confident that we’ve done just that.

The plan: Alongside our partners at the Center for Nonprofit Stewardship, we have evaluated available resources and made provisions to ensure that you will have access to excellent professional development opportunities in 2020.

So, next year MVDP will go on hiatus and the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO) has agreed to begin ramping up more programs in the greater Salem area. Our hope is that NAO’s presence in the area will continue to build and that they will be the resource provider that can leverage their statewide presence and excellent reputation to do more than MVDP could as an all-volunteer board. Furthermore, CNS will work alongside NAO to continue to offer some of their programs and services you’ve come to know and love.

We thank you for your participation and your support of MVDP!

Best Regards,
Your MVDP Board
